Nirvana's skin cleared beautifully in Avene last year, we returned home on the 3rd of September and a week later her skin flared up a lot. We then knew that Durban's Spring air was a big trigger to her skin. The Thermal water spray, repair cream and moisturiser was a great help to us getting through Spring. When ever the season changes, we experience a flare up but we have managed to control it with continuous use of the Avene products.
